This is the Mural Room in the Santa Barbara Courthouse. It was built in the early part of the 20th century following the earthquake that rocked parts of the West Coast. The setting is used for many weddings and is viewed by thousands each year. The photograph is a long exposure of around 30 seconds but is not an HDR composite.
